Better Than A No-Bake Cookie

Did you know I am a Juice Plus+ distributor?

 I was introduced to JP+ a few years ago when I joined the ranks of P31 Fitness as a trainer. But I didn't start selling the product until about a year ago. Since then I have fallen in love with this product and this business. One of my favorite Juice Plus products are the Complete protein shakes. You can do so many things with this yummy protein powder that comes in Chocolate or Vanilla. Making protein balls is a family favorite! Just think super easy no-bake cookie. Oh, and its healthy! The kids love to get their hands dirty helping, and licking these bowls and utensils is completely guilt-free.

I have a few go-to protein ball recipes under my belt, but what about a Pumpkin protein ball recipe?! Yes, you heard that right!! Pumpkin Protein Balls.

Bring it on!

I usually just use whatever I have on hand when these ideas strike. I live pretty far from my nearest grocery store. Like at least 20 minutes ONE way. FYI: I kinda live in the middle of nowhere.

Pumpkin JP+ Complete Protein Balls
2 1/2 Cups Raw Oats
1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1 1/2 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
2-4 Tbsp Honey (just go by taste)
1/2 Cup JP+ Vanilla Complete
1/2 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips (opt)

Mix all of these yummy ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Let it chill until you can roll out balls without it being too sticky. I'd say about 30 minutes. And then EAT! Yes, that's it! OMG! They are so yummy!!! Refrigerate whatever hasn't been eaten. Trust me, these won't last long!!!

Eat these after a weight workout to feed those hungry muscles!!!
